Computer Problem

I was wonderin if anybody knew a good place to take computers to get fixed. The disk drive where you put cd's into the computer is messed up somehow. When you put a cd in it, it wont read the cd. Sometimes it just freezes and won't even eject the cd after you put it in. Dang computers I like them, but they can be a real pain sometimes too

Well I am not sure where you are, there is/was a computer repair place in BSG (think thats where you are), there is one in Clintwood, one in Wise, one in Coeburn I think, and probably others.

I would check your drivers, maybe reinstall them if its not reading discs. Maybe get a cleaning kit and clean it.

alrite thanks. yeah im from bsg btw. i dont care where to take it tho, just wonderin what may be a good one. it could be that it needs cleanin, but its only like 2 yrs old so i never really thout of it.

X, ECI Solutions in Wise, on Main Street across from the Courthouse (where old Domino's & Pizza King used to be, next to Bonterra), they're really good. I've seen them personally fix computers, older and newer, that I figured had no hope and they've got them up and running again. Their prices aren't bad either. At least give them a call and ask for Bob.

since your in BSG... i would give Jerry Durham a call... im not sure of his phone # but im sure it's in the phone book...he does good work from what i hear..
